Eligibility Criteria for ECGC Recruitment
A. Age Limit (as on 01/01/2018)
Minimum – 20 years
Maximum – 30 years
Age relaxation
- 5 yrs for SC/ST
- 3 yrs for OBC
- 10 yrs for PWD
B. Education Qualification (as on 15/01/2018)
- Accounts – You should be an Associate member of CA, ICWA, CFA.
- Legal – It is necessary to have completed LLB/ LLM.
- Company Secretary – You should be an Associate member of CS.
- Actuary – It is necessary to be the Member of the Institute of Actuaries of India having cleared at least CT-1, CT-2 and CT-3.
- IT – You should be B. Tech or BE in CS / IT or MCA with certificate course on Cyber Security of duration of at least 6 months.
- Economics – MA Economics (minimum 55% for SC/ST and 60% for others) is the required qualification for you.
- Commerce – M.Com. (minimum 55% for SC/ST and 60% for others ) is mandatory.
- Generalist – Graduation OR Post Graduation in any field (minimum 55% for SC/ST and 60% for others) is the requirement.
Exam Pattern & Selection Process for ECGC Recruitment
For selection as ECGC Probationary Officer you will have to go through two stages –
- Online Examination
- Interview
There will be Objective and Descriptive tests.
