NIACL job description, salary, career path details :

> Once you are posted in NIACL assistant, you may be liable to undertake the data entry at the initial stage and issuing policies.
> NIACL assistant will be responsible for assisting administrative officers.
> There will be no public dealing
> It includes three major task-
  1. Underwriting: Issuing policies, retrieving and gathering financial data

PROBATION PERIOD:
As per the official notification, Selected candidates will be on probation period of minimum 6 months. Before it comes to an end, the performance of each employee will be evaluated and if any of the employees fail to meet the company’s requirement then the period may get extended as required.
Candidates resigning from the Company during the probationary period and candidates whose services are terminated by the Company during the probationary period shall be liable to pay the amount equivalent to the salary paid and an amount of Rs. 25,000/· towards the partial cost of training.
