Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of 1218 Forest Guards. Interested candidates may check the vacancy details and apply online from 21-05-2018 to 04-07-2018.

Vacancy Details:

•Pay Scale: Rs. 21,700-69,100
Job Location: Uttarakhand
Eligibility Criteria for UKSSSC Forest Guard:
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed 10+2 in any stream or equivalent from a recognised board.
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2018): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 28 years
Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Written Examination and Physical Efficiency Test.
Application Fee: General/UR/OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 300 and SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs. 150 through Bank Challan OR online mode using Net-banking/Credit or Debit Card.

2. Physical Efficiency Test

  • After you qualify the Physical Measurement Test, you will be invited for Physical Efficiency Test.
  • Your physical efficiency will be tested through various activities.

The details of physical efficiency test are given in the table below:

Short Put (7.275 kg) 5 meter 3.5 meter

High Jump 1.1 meter 0.7 meter

3. Written Objective Exam

  • There will be an OMR Sheet based objective test of 100 marks for 2 hours.
  • Each question will carry one mark and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
