CDS Exam 2023 Selection Procedure
The Combined Defense Services Examination is conducted in two phases- the first stage is the written examination and the second is the interview. This examination comes under UPSC and the examination of all the three forces is under this. If the candidate is successful in the written test then he/she is called for SSB interview. After that the candidate is sent to different places for training. Now we will tell you about the CDS Exam Pattern.
CDS follows a three-stage recruitment process it consists of:

- SSB Interview
- Medical Examination

CDS 1 2023 Exam Pattern
The written examination consists of the below subjects:
A) For Admission to Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, and Air Force Academy:

CDS 1 2023 SSB Interview involves 2 stages:
- Stage 1 consists of officer intelligence rating, picture perception, and description test.
- Stage 2 involves psychology test, interview, group testing officer task, and conference.

| Natural numbers, Integers, Rational and Real numbers. Fundamental operations, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, Square roots, Decimal fractions. Unitary method, time and distance, time and work, percentages, applications to simple and compound interest, profit and loss, ratio and proportion, variation. |

CDS General Knowledge Syllabus 2023
General Knowledge including knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person who has not made a special study of any scientific subject. The paper will also include questions on History of India and Geography of a nature which candidate should be able to answer without special study.
