I want to apply in PGICL and its showing that” the registration process for this post is completed” and last date for online application is 14 dec then why is it showing this??

there is some issues.. after clicking on apply only you get a msg “The registration process for this post is completed.” I copied this..from the website itself.. Plz check i want to apply for HR trainee.
