Educational Qualification:

Customer Agent:

  • Passed a Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern
  • Passed Diploma in IATA -UFTA or  IATA – FIATAA or IATA -DGR or IATA -CARGO
  • Passed Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with 1 year
  • Must have experience in any of the area or combination thereof, of fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger checking/cargo handling.

Ramp Service Agent/Ramp Service Agent (LG):

  • Passed Three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical /
    Production / Electronics/ Automobile Engineering recognized by the state government
  • Passed ITI with NCTVT (Total 03 years) in a motor vehicle/auto electrical / Air conditioning/diesel mechanic/branch fitter or welder certificate issued from Directorate of vocational education and training of any state/central government after passing SSC or equivalent examination with Hindi or English or Local Language as one of the subjects
  • Preference will be given to candidates conversant with local language
  • For Ramp Service Agent: Candidate must possess valid Heavy Motor Vehicle driving license at the time of appearing for Trade Test.
  • For Ramp Service Agent (LG): Candidate must possess valid Light Motor Vehicle driving license at the time of appearing for Trade Test.

Utility Agent – cum – Ramp Driver:

  • Passed Minimum SSC ( 10th Std Pass)
  • Must possess valid HMV Driving License

Deputy Terminal Manager (Pax Handling):

  • Passed Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern
  • Must have 18 years experience, out of which at least 06 years must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity in Pax and cargo handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator
  • BCAS approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof.
  • Must be well conversant with computer operation

Duty Manager – Terminal:

 

  • Passed Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern
  • Must have 16 years experience, out of which at least 04 years must be in a managerial
  • Must have supervisory capacity in Pax and cargo handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator
  • Possess BCAS approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof
  • Must be well conversant with computer operations.

Jr Executive – Human Resource/Administration:

  • Passed MBA or equivalent – in HR or Personnel Management Course (full time 2 years course) with 1 year experience
  • Must have knowledge of MS – Office operations
  • Preference will be given to those who have acquired a qualification in Law or Industrial relation / Labour Laws etc
  • Passed Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with 5 years experience or more in HR Functions and IR / Legal
  • Preferably with an Airline or Ground Handling Company

Officer – Human Resource / Administration:

  • Passed MBA or equivalent – in HR or Personnel Management
    Course (full time 2 years course) with 4 years Experience in HR Functions and Industrial Relation/ Legal
  • Preferably, with an Airline or Ground Handling Company. Well conversant
    with MS – Office Operation

Assistant Accountants:

  • Passed Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern
  • Must have 01 year experience or more in Finance Functions and Accounts.
  • Must have proficiency in statutory payments like ESIC, PF, Welfare Fund, Professional Tax, GST and Billing, etc.
  • Preferably with an Airline or Ground Handling Company

AIATSL Salary:

  • Customer Agent – Rs.20,190/- per month
  • Deputy Terminal Manager (Pax Handling) – Rs.60,000/- per month
  • Duty Manager – Terminal – Rs.45,000/- per month

  • For General/ OBC Candidates – Rs. 500/-
  • SC/ ST/ PWD Candidates – No Application Fee
