NIACL Assistant 2024 Selection Process
The Selection of the Candidate will be based on two stages i.e. Prelims and Mains for the post of Assistant. The prelims exam will be objective in nature while the mains examination will be both objective and descriptive. The candidate needs to qualify both the stages to get their name on the final merit list.
Stage 1. Preliminary Exam (Online Objective Test)
Stage 2. Mains Exam (Online Objective Test)
Candidates qualifying in the Main Examination will be further shortlisted for Regional Language Test before the final selection which is qualifying in nature.
NIACL Assistant 2024 Exam Pattern
NIACL Assistant Recruitment 2024 will be completed in two stages i.e. Prelims and Mains. The Exam Pattern of Prelims is slightly different from the mains. Candidates need to have good command over General Awareness and General Knowledge to qualify for Mains Examination; rest of subjects such as English, Reasoning, and Aptitude will be common in both Prelims and Mains Examination.
NIACL Assistant 2024 Prelims Exam Pattern
The candidates need to qualify in each test of NIACL Assistant Prelims Exam by securing passing marks. The duration of the exam is 1 hour which is sub-divided into 20 minutes for each section. There will be a penalty of ¼th mark for each incorrect answer.

NIACL Assistant 2024 Mains Exam Pattern
The duration of NIACL Assistant Mains Exam is 2 hours and there is no sectional timing. There will be a penalty of ¼th mark for each incorrect answer in Mains Exam. The final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the online Main Examination subject to qualifying the Regional Language Test.
