Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for

the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for Recruitment of Officers (Scale-I, II & III)

and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs).

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for Recruitment of Officers (Scale I, II  and III) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). IBPS RRB VI official notification was much anticipated one since the June this year after several fake notifications emerged online. According to the official IBPS RRB VI notification, the online examination for the next Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs VI) for recruitment of Group “A” Officers (Scale I, II  and III) and Group “B” Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively between September and November this year. The online registration for the IBPS RRB recruitment process will start on July 24 and it will go on till August 14.

The preliminary examination for both officers level and office assistant level will be held in September.

Age (As on 01.07.2017)

For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)- Above 21 years – Below 40 years i.e. candidatesshould not have been
born earlier than 03.07.1977 and later than 30.06.1996 (both dates inclusive)

For Officer Scale- II (Manager)- Above 21 years – Below 32 years i.e. candidatesshould not have been born
earlier than 03.07.1985 and later than 30.06.1996 (both dates inclusive)

For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager)- Above 18 years – Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been
born earlier than 03.07.1987 and later than 30.06.1999 (both dates inclusive)

For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born
earlier than 02.07.1989 and later than 01.07.1999 (both dates inclusive)

PENALTY FOR WRONG ANSWERS (APPLICABLE TO ALL – PRELIMINARY, MAIN AND SINGLE LEVEL EXAMINATIONS) There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question

                    IBPS RRB OFFICERS (SCALE-1) RECRUITMENT

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conduct the examination for RRB Officer (Scale-1) for the qualified candidates. The main motive to conduct examination is to inspect candidates in all aspects like Speed, Accuracy and Confidentiality in all its activities. This examination gives opportunity to a candidate to join public sector bank of country and avail all its perks. The examination is conducted in two phases i.e Prelims and Mains.

RRB Officer (Scale-1) is an entry level job in all public sector banks. RRB stands for Regional Rural Bank are local level banking organizations operating in the different States of India. They have been created with a view to serve primarily the rural areas of India with basic banking and financial services. Through IBPS RRB the recruitment is done only for rural banks of India.

IBPS RRB OFFICERS (SCALE-1) VACANCY 2017

IBPS RRB officer (Scale-1) Vacancies will be out once the notification for this year is released. Last year RRB officer (Scale-1) had approx 5800 vacancies. RRB officer (Scale-1) vacancies also have reservations under various categories will be as per prevailing Government Guidelines at the time of finalisation of the result.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts examination for the post of Assistant. IBPS will take CWE RRB VI officer scale1 Online exam in two parts:
1. IBPS Preliminary Exam
2. IBPS Mains Exam

IBPS CWE RRB-VI OFFICER(SCALE-1) 2017-18 EXAM DATES:

Preliminary Examination: 09.09.2017, 10.09.2017, 16.09.2017, 17.09.2017, 23.09.2017 & 24.09.2017
Main Examination: 05.11.2017

Note: All participants who will successfully register himself / herself in RRB Officer (Scale-1) VI firstly have to fight with (Preliminary) Pre exam and Shortlist candidates in Pre examination will be called for Mains Exam.

There is exam centre Approx 28 state and union territories but the final list of exam centres for IBPS RRB assistant Exam 2017 will be released along with the official notification.

Educational Qualifications:
A candidate must possess the minimum qualification of Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate should have passed in English as one of the subjects at SSC/ HSC/Intermediate/ Graduation level. Candidate should possess certificate in proof of passing the qualifying examination.

Age (as on 1st July 2017) :
Minimum: 18 years Maximum: 30 years

A) IBPS RRB Officer(Scale-1) 2017 Preliminary Exam Pattern:

IBPS RRB Officer (Scale-1) Preliminary Exam Pattern consist of 80 questions & in 2 sections and 45 minute of time. The marks obtained in the Preliminary examination is just of qualifying nature for mains exam. The pattern of the Preliminary exam is given below:

B) IBPS RRB Officer(Scale-1) 2017 Mains Exam Pattern:

IBPS RRB Officers (Scale-1)Mains exam will contain 200 questions and time allotted will be 120 minutes. The pattern of the Mains exam is given below:

Candidates can opt either 4 a or 4 b

Important Note – Marks obtained by the candidates in the Main examination will be considered for shortlisting for Interview and preparation of final merit list.

Penalty for Wrong Answers (Applicable to both – Preliminary and Main examination)

There as a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Online Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth of the marks assigned to that question was deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. No marks are deducted for un-attempted questions.
