UP GOVT. ANNOUNCED WILL BE NO INTERVIEW FOR GROUP B ,C & D POSTS.
New arrangements will be implemented in the recruitments
-The appointment and personnel department took the opinion of the Finance and
Justice Department by formulating the proposal to end the interview on all the
posts of non-gazetted group and group C and Group B. After getting their consent,
the proposal was sent to the State Public Service Commission.
After this it was placed for Cabinet approval.
After this decision, the arbitrariness of the interview will be restricted.

– नियुक्ति और कार्मिक विभाग ने समूह ख के नॉन गजेटेड और समूह ग और घ के सभी पदों पर इंटरव्यू खत्म करने का
प्रस्ताव तैयार कर वित्त और न्याय विभाग की राय ली थी। इनकी सहमति मिलने के बाद प्रस्ताव राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग को भेजा गया था।
इसके बाद इसे कैबिनेट की मंजूरी के लिए रखा गया। इस फैसले के बाद इंटरव्यू के नाम पर की जाने वाली मनमानी पर रोक लग सकेगी।
Clarification on Posts :-
Class II or Group B (Non-Gazetted)
Examples – Office executives and office supervisors, Inspectors in State and
Central Police services etc.
Class III or Group C
Public servants in non-supervisory roles.
Examples – Head clerks / Section heads, Police Head Constables, Typists,
Stenographers, Tax Assistants, Telephone operators, Havildar and
Naik or equivalent in the Armed Forces etc.
Class IV or Group D
Manual workers (skilled or semi-skilled).
Examples – Peons, Sweepers etc
