Vacancy Details:

•Post Name: Social Security Officer/Manager Grade-II/Superintendent
•No. of Vacancies: 539
•Pay Scale: Rs. 9,300-34,800
•Grade Pay: Rs. 4,600
Job Location: New Delhi
Eligibility Criteria for ESIC Social Security Officer:
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Graduation Degree with three years of experience and knowledge of computer.
Age Limit (as on 05-10-2018): Minimum 21 years and Maximum 27 years
Age Relaxation:

Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Computer Skill Test & Descriptive Test.
Application Fee: General/OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 500 and SC/ST/PH/Female candidates have to pay Rs. 250 through online mode using Net-banking/Credit or Debit Card.

Scheme of Examination: It will be conducted in multiple phases:

Phase 1 

– English – 30 questions (30 marks, 20 minutes)

– Reasoning ability -35 questions (35 marks, 20 minutes)

– Quantitative Aptitude – 35 questions (35 marks, 20 minutes)

Phase 2

– Reasoning/Intelligence 40 questions (60 marks, 35 minutes)

– General/Economy/Financial/Insurance Awareness – 40 questions (40 marks, 20 minutes)

– English Language – 30 questions (40 number, 30 minutes)

– Quantitative Aptitude – 40 questions (60 marks, 35 minutes)

 

Phase 3 – Computer Skill Test & Descriptive Test

 

(a) Computer Skill Test (CST) – 50 Marks (30 Minutes Duration)

(b) Descriptive Paper – English Language (Letter Writing & Essay)

  1. Log on to the official portal i.e, “https://www.esic.nic.in“.
  2. You will land on the homepage of the official portal.
  3. Go to “Recruitments” & Select the desired post you are willing to apply for ESIC Delhi SSO Jobs 2018.
  4. Read the information carefully & Click on “ESIC Recruitment 2018 Apply Online” tab.
  5. Hit on “Click here for Recruitments”, if you are a new user.
  6. Complete the Registration & Click on “Submit” button.
  7. After the successful Registration, log in using Registered Number & Password.
  8. Fill the all details in the ESIC Manager Grade 2 Recruitment 2018 application form & upload Photo, Signature.
Note:-A degree of a recognized University (Preference will be given to the graduates in Commerce/Law/Management).
Qualifying Marks: – Qualifying Marks in Phase-I (Preliminary Exam.), Phase – II (Main Exam.) and Phase –III Computer Skill Test/Objective Type Computer Test for PWDs & Descriptive Paper will be decided at the discretion of ESIC.

ESIC  Social Security Officer Exam Syllabus:-

 

English Language:- Mainly Focus on the topics like Synonyms, Antonyms,  Sentence Error, Sentence correction, fill in the blanks, Sentence Arrangements/ Word Arrangement, Comprehension & Cloze Test nothing can be out of these mentioned Topics etc. Comprehension will be lengthy.

 

Reasoning:- Focus on Comprehension Reasoning, Venn Diagrams, Number Series, Coding and de-coding, Problem Solving Techniques, Statement & Conclusion type questions,  arithmetic reasoning, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series, syllogistic reasoning, Seating Arrangements, Decision Making, Input & Output, Logical Reasoning. Questions form Non-Verbal Reasoning may ask in the Exam.

 

Quantitative Aptitude: Questions will be asked from Simplification, Average, Percentage, Time & Work, Area, profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Investment, HCF LCM, Problem On Ages, Bar Graph, Pictorial Graph, Pie Chart. Candidates need to be focus on Basics of Mathematics & Simplification.

 

General/ Economy/ Financial/ Insurance Awareness: The Question will be asked from Section wise RBI News, Banking News & Banking Terms, Government Schemes News & Current affairs Economy & Financial News.
