AAI Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
The candidates who submit their AAI Junior Executive Application forms will have to qualify in each stage as mentioned below to get shortlisted for the vacancies. The selection will be done through an Online examination followed by Application Verification / Computer Literacy Test/ Physical Measurement & Endurance Test/ Driving Test (as applicable for the post).

AAI Recruitment 2023 Exam Pattern
The complete AAI Recruitment 2023 Junior Executive Exam Pattern has been discussed in the below table. There is no negative marking in the AAI Junior Executive ATC Exam.
- AAI Junior Executive Exam consists of 2 parts – Part A & B.
- Part A further consists of 4 sections namely English Language, General Intelligence/ Reasoning, General Aptitude/ Numerical Aptitude and General Knowledge whereas Part B comprises 2 sections namely Mathematics & Physics.
- The duration of Exam for each part is 120 minutes.
- Each question will carry 1 mark.

AAI Junior Executive Salary
The pay scale for the AAI Junior Executive post is tabulated below. In addition to Basic pay, the candidates shortlisted for AAI Junior Executive posts will be offered Dearness Allowance, Perks @ 35% of Basic pay, HRA and other benefits which include CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical benefits etc. as applicable to AAI rules. The CTC per annum would be Rs. 13 lakhs (approximately) for the post of Junior Executive, Rs. 11.5 lakhs (approximately) for the post of Senior Assistant and Rs. 10 lakhs (approximately) for the post of Junior Assistant.
