Qualification Criteria for AFCAT Recruitment-2017:

 

Instructive Qualification:

 

Flying: Candidates ought to have passed 10+2 with 60% denote each in Math and Physics, and have achieved B.E./B.Tech degree from a perceived college.

Ground Duty (Tech): The hopefuls must have four-year degree capability and have cleared Sections An and B of Examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India with least 60% imprints.

Ground Duty (Non-tech): Candidates more likely than not passed B.Com with least 60% imprints. For training posts, the applicants more likely than not passed MBA/MCA or MA/M.Sc. degree in English/Physics/Mathematics/Chemistry/Statistics/International Relations/International Studies/Defense Studies/Psychology/Computer Science/IT/Management/Mass Communication/Journalism/Public Relation with least of half stamps and have scored least 60% checks in graduation.

 

Age Limit (as on 05-07-2017): Flying – Minimum 20 years; Maximum 24 years

Ground Duty (Tech) – Minimum 20 years; Maximum 26 years

Ground Duty (Non-tech) – Minimum 20 years; Maximum 26 years

Choice Process: Selection of applicants will be made on the premise of the Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT), Psychological Test, Group Test and Personal Interview.
