It is not possible to remove the whole article 370 infect Parliament has no authority to remove article 370. There are various provision in art 370, it is almost a constitution in itself. There are few provisions which can be altered by parliament but for the alteration of provisions related to federal relation there is need of consent of constituent assembly of J&K, must be understood that it is constituent assembly rather than Legislative assembly of J&K. So if government without consent constituent assembly of J&K remove the whole art 370, it would be struck down by SC or would be declared mala fide. Though since SC is also under the control of Central government nowadays, it may be altered by force without the consent of constitutional provisions. This is what the constitution of india says.
