•Post Name: Stipendiary Trainee (Category-II)
•No. of Vacancies: 114
•Pay Scale: Rs. 10,500
Job Location: Tamil Nadu
Eligibility Criteria for IGCAR Scientific Assistant and More:
Educational Qualification: 
For Scientific Assistant: Candidates should have passed Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Architecture Engineering with 60% marks from a recognised institute.
For Stipendiary Trainee (Category I and II): Candidates should have passed 10+2 with Science and Mathematics OR Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Comnunnication Engineering from a recognised board/institute.
Age Limit (as on 17-06-2018): 
For Scientific Assistant: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years
For Stipendiary Trainee (Category-I): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 24 years
For Stipendiary Trainee (Category-II): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 22 years
Age Relaxation:
Sr. No. Category of Candidates Relaxation of Age Permissible
1. SC/ST Candidates 05 Years
2. OBC Candidates 03 Years
3. PWD Candidates 10 Years
Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Preliminary Examination, Advance Examination and Personal Interview.
Application Fee: General/UR/OBC candidates have to pay application fee through online mode using Net-banking/Credit or Debit Card.
Scientific Assistants Stipendiary Trainees (Category-I) Stipendiary Trainees (Category-II)
Rs. 200 Rs. 200 Rs. 100
Note: SC/ST/PWD and Women candidates don’t have to pay any fee.
